City of Calgary for Pet Licenses: Call 3-1-1 or (403) 268 - CITY (2489) - if calling from outside Calgary.  You can pay the licensing fee over the phone with VISA, MasterCard or American Express (conditions may apply).  The fine for not licensing your cat or dog is $250.00.
