Are you considering selling, or perhaps just curious about the value of your home? If so, I invite you to fill in the following form and I will conduct a complimentary market analysis for you. As part of the analysis, I will send you a list of similar properties in your area that are currently on the market, as well as others that have recently sold.

This analysis is just preliminary in scope and provides you with a general market figure. If you are interested in hiring me as your real estate advisor, I will perform a much more thorough analysis by personally visiting at least a dozen homes in your area so that I can see for myself what the comparables are all about. Photos are great, but they don't tell the whole story!
